Wat een prachtige fles dit. Heerlijk vol rood fruit. Lekker soepel en erg goed bij de eend, zoals aangeraden. Deze ga ik vaker kopen, ook al is de prijs misschien voor sommigen wat aan de hoge kant.
Erg hoog in de zuren. Wordt wel beter als je vooraf ontkurkt, maar eigenlijk net te zuur en net te weinig complex voor wat je zou verwachten.
Ben fan van Barbera en zeker ook uit Asti, maar bij deze is het zuur te overheersend. Ook gezien de prijs zou ik verder zoeken.
Ook ik vond deze wijn wel erg hoog in zn zuren. De 2023. Naar mijn idee niet in balans daardoor. Helaas.
De 2023 bovenmatig zuur.
