I'm not home when my order is delivered. What now?
Orders that have already been handed over to PostNL cannot be changed. The delivery person may attempt to deliver your order to one of your neighbors. If that is not possible, they will take the package to a PostNL Parcel Point. Using your Track & Trace, you can see which PostNL Parcel Point your wines have been delivered to. They will remain there for one week. If not picked up, your order will be returned to us. You can then choose to have your wines resent.
What are the costs for home delivery?
We deliver our wine throughout the Netherlands for free on orders over €50. For orders under €50, the shipping cost is €5.95. The minimum quantity to place an order is 6 bottles or a multiple thereof.
The prices for wines available for online purchase in our webshop are exactly the same as in our physical stores.

What are your delivery times?
When you order on business days before 5:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day.
If you don't want your package delivered the next day, you will soon be able to use the PostNL date picker to choose a moment from the available days and time slots that suits you best. Just a little more patience! Until then, you can also have the package delivered to an alternative address, so you can still have your wine delivered the next day!

Can I track my online order?
Certainly. You will receive a track & trace from PostNL on the day of delivery so that you can track your order.
I ordered 18 bottles or more, will my order be delivered in 1 box?
No, we do not have boxes of 18 bottles or more. We will ship your ordered wines in our recognizable 6- or 12-bottle boxes, delivered by PostNL. If, unexpectedly, a part of the order is missing, you will find the corresponding information under the track & trace link.
My box is being returned, why is that?
This could have various reasons. Firstly, there might be an error in your address, causing PostNL to be unable to deliver your package correctly. Once we receive the return, we will promptly resend your package as soon as we have the correct address. Please double-check this!
On the other hand, your order may have suffered damage during the PostNL shipping process. We have an agreement to accept the package back to ensure that you receive a complete and undamaged order. As soon as we receive your order back, we will promptly resend it. Both of these processes are free of charge for you!
