How do I place an order at grapedistrict.nl?
- Find your favorite wines or the wines you're curious about and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the 'Order' button. Ordering multiple bottles of the same wine at once? Enter the quantity and click on the shopping cart. You can order in multiples of 6 bottles, so per 6, 12, 18 bottles...
- Satisfied? Then proceed to checkout. Don't forget to enter your discount code if you have one. Log in or create an account to continue with the order. With an account, you can check out faster next time. You can also see what you've previously purchased from us. You can also order as a guest. We won't save your contact and address details in that case.
- Double-check your billing address and shipping address. Everything in order? Then you can proceed to payment.
- Choose your payment method and then click on 'place order.' You can now complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation from us once your order is placed.
My discount code isn't working. What now?
You entered a discount code when placing your order and clicked on 'Add,' but you're not getting a discount? There could be various reasons for this. For example, you can only use one discount code per order. Additionally, you can only use a discount code once per person unless stated otherwise. If there's another issue, please contact us. Send us an email, and we'll assist you!
I haven't received a confirmation email. Is my order successful?
Once your order is successfully completed, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you haven't received an email, it might have landed in your junk/spam folder due to your email settings. If you still can't find the confirmation email, check your account under 'my orders.' If it's not there, please contact us.
Will I receive a track & trace code?
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from PostNL with your track & trace code. You can use the barcode (often starting with 3S) to track your order and see when the delivery person will arrive. If you haven't received a track & trace code yet, it means we are still packing your order. If you have any questions about your track & trace code or the status of your package, please contact us. Send us an email or give us a call at 020-6651115, and we'll assist you right away.
Can I still change my order?
Because we want to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we have a very tight logistical process. It may happen that the wines have already left our warehouse, making it impossible to change the order. If you still want to make changes to your order, we will always do our best to arrange that. If you want to modify your order, you can give us a call at 020-6651115! We can then immediately assess the possibilities.
What is the status of my order?
In your account under 'my orders,' you can see the status of your order. Here, you can also view the specific wines you have ordered or have ordered in the past.
Can I return a bottle of wine?
Sometimes a wine just isn't what you expected, for whatever reason. In such a case, you can return a box of wine within 14 days of purchase for free. There may be a maximum of 1 bottle missing per box, and the other bottles must not be opened or damaged.
Returns can be made at one of our stores or by sending the package to Joop Geesinkweg 126, 1114AB, Amsterdam-Duivendrecht. Let us know if you are returning a box so that we are aware.
