If you are not at home during the day, we can also deliver the order to your workplace. If you have provided your home address and unfortunately are not at home when the postal carrier arrives, the package will be taken to the nearest Pick-up point.
What are the costs for home delivery?We deliver our wine throughout the Netherlands for free from €50. For orders less than €50, the shipping costs are €5.95. The minimum quantity to order is 6 bottles or a multiple of 6 bottles.
The prices for wines that you can order online in our webshop are exactly the same as in our stores.
When will my wine be delivered?
If you order on weekdays before 5:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. If you don't want it delivered immediately the next day, you can choose from available days and time slots using the PostNL date picker.
Certainly. You will receive a track & trace from PostNL on the day of delivery, so you can track your order.
I have ordered 18 or more bottles, will they be delivered in one box?No, we do not have boxes of 18 bottles or more. We will send your ordered wines in our recognizable 6- or 12-bottle boxes, which will be delivered by PostNL. If you unexpectedly miss part of the order, you can find the relevant information under the track & trace link.
My package is being returned, why is that?This can have various reasons. Firstly, there may be an error in your address, causing PostNL to be unable to deliver your package correctly. When we receive the return, we will resend your package as soon as we have a correct address. Check this carefully!
On the other hand, your order may have suffered damage in the shipping process by PostNL. We have agreed to receive the package back to ensure that you receive a complete and clean order. Once we receive your order back, we will immediately resend your order. Both of these processes are free of charge for you!
- Add your favorite wines to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'Order' button. Ordering multiple bottles of the same wine at once? Enter the quantity and click on the shopping cart. You can only place an order in multiples of 6 bottles, so 6, 12, 18 bottles. However, you can choose 6 different bottles.
- Satisfied? Then proceed to checkout. Don't forget to enter your discount code if you have one.
- Log in or create an account to proceed with the order. With an account, you can check out faster next time. You can also see what you have bought from us before. Of course, you can also order as a guest. We will not save your contact and address details.
- Double-check your billing and shipping address. Everything okay? Then you can pay.
- Choose your payment method and then click on place order.
- You can now complete your payment. You will receive a confirmation from us when your order is placed.
You entered a discount code when placing your order and clicked on add, but you're not getting a discount? There could be various reasons. For example, you can only use 1 discount code per order. Also, you can use a discount code only once per person, unless we indicate otherwise. Is there something else going on? Then contact us. Send us an email, and we will assist you!
I didn't receive a confirmation email. Is my order successful?Once the order is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you haven't received an email, it could be in your spam folder due to your email settings. If you also haven't received a confirmation email there, check your account under 'my orders'. Check if your order is listed there. If not, please contact us.
Will I receive a track & trace code?Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from PostNL with your track & trace code. You can track your order using the barcode (often starting with 3S). It shows where your order is and when the delivery person will arrive. If you haven't received a track & trace code yet, it means we are still packing your order. If you have any questions about your track & trace code or the status of your package, please contact us. Send us an email or call 020-6651115, and we will assist you immediately.
Can I still change my order?Because we want to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we have a very tight logistics process. It may happen that the wines have already left our warehouse, making it impossible to change the order. If you still want to change your order, we will always do our best to arrange that. If you want to change your order, you can contact us at 020-6651115. We can then immediately see what the possibilities are.
What is the status of my order?In your account under 'my orders,' you can see the status of your order. You can also view which wines you have exactly ordered or ordered before.
Which payment methods do you offer on grapedistrict.nl?You can pay in our webshop with iDEAL, credit cards from Mastercard or Visa, and PayPal.
Sometimes a wine just isn't what you expected, for whatever reason. In such a case, you can exchange or return a box of wine within 14 days of purchase for free. There may be a maximum of 1 bottle missing per box, and the other bottles must not be opened or damaged.
Exchange or return can be done at one of our stores or by sending the package to Joop Geesinkweg 126, 1114AB, Amsterdam-Duivendrecht. Let us know if you are returning a box so that we are aware.

The most common issues with ordering are outlined below. If yours is not listed, please contact us!
Payment failure
Not all required fields in the checkout are filled in. Please check if the following mandatory fields are filled in: email address, first name, last name, postal code, house number, any addition to the house number, and phone number. The phone number is mandatory in case there are problems or questions about the order. The field that is not correctly filled in will be indicated in red. Your details will not be shared with others or third parties.
Incorrect delivery address
If the entered address and house number are incorrect, the street name and city will not be automatically filled in. It is then not possible to choose a day and time slot for the delivery of your order. This prevents the order from being completed. Double-check that this information is filled in correctly.
Ordering issues
The order is not placed in multiples of 6 bottles. The payment fails, and nothing else happens. The solution is to order a minimum of 6 (different) bottles. Alternatively, you may have a wine in your shopping cart that is either sold out or not sufficiently in stock, which you can easily adjust.
Credit Card payment failure
Paying with a credit card fails. The most common error is that the name and credit card number are not recognized. Double-check that your name (as stated on your credit card) is spelled correctly and that the credit card number matches.
iDeal payment failure
The most common issue with an iDeal payment is a malfunction at the respective bank. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about this. You can check if your bank has an outage on allestoringen.nl. If this is not the case, contact us via the chat. We can then help you identify the issue.
My discount code doesn't work
Have you entered the discount code correctly? Because the code may be case-sensitive. It could also be that the code doesn't work because another discount promotion and/or offer is already in use. Combining discounts is not possible during checkout.
No order confirmation received
I did not receive an order confirmation. This is often due to an incorrect email address or because the order confirmation ended up in the spam folder of your mailbox. Please check the entered email address and your spam folder. If you accidentally used the wrong email address and the order is completed, please contact us so we can correct it.
