About the wines
Rioja wines are, of course, a must-have, and this time, the box contains two of them. The first is from winemaker Amador Carra, who, thanks to the higher-altitude vineyards, manages to bring fantastic freshness to his Rioja. The other is from winemaker Isaac, which we have labeled as the ideal BBQ wine after extensive testing. We've also added a rich white wine. The Garnacha Blanca from Navarra offers spiciness and ripe fruit, and the blend of Garnacha Blanca with Viognier from Terra Alta is both fresh and spicy. You'll also find an exciting, fresh rosé from the high-altitude region of Cebreros, which is entirely biodynamic. Finally, we've included two fresh wines, perfect for the upcoming summer weather! We've added an amazing Godello from the small wine region of Bierzo in northwestern Spain, known for its unmistakable minerality and fresh fruit aromas. Sisters Ruth and Ana are highlighting the lesser-known Merseguera grape from the relatively obscure wine region of Alicante.
