The river Piave, which runs through the land of La Jara, is responsible for the polished white gravel that runs beneath the vineyards. Pinot grigio, known as pinot gris in France, is a grape with high sugar content and low acidity. The best wines of pinot grigio come from cooler areas, then the wine remains fresh and soft. That is certainly the case with this Treeborn pinot grigio, which has soft notes of peach, apricot and white flowers.
