About the winemaker
During my time in the hospitality industry, I realized there was a great need for alcohol-free alternatives that could compete with the complex flavors of wine. That's why I started Vyllbrygg. It translates to Wildbrew. We create seasonal and experimental brews that are complex, non-alcoholic, and 100% natural. We work with wild plants and local farmers, capturing the flavors of Scandinavian nature. You shouldn't have to compromise between great flavor and not drinking.

Using age-old techniques like fermentation and infusion, Vyllbrygg extracts the flavors of nature from their products. All our drinks are based on wild plants and herbs from local farmers, foragers, and urban gardens in Norway. We call this category "Nordic Tropics" because wild plants from Norway can have flavors resembling tropical flavors like vanilla, almond, and pineapple. This way, they create a true "terroir drink" in Norway, alcohol-free, yet just as exciting and complex as wine.
