Daniël Adrian
Daniël is a young winemaker in the Neusiedlersee region of Austria. Thanks to the long growing season in Neusiedlersee, with dry summers and cold winters, the vines thrive in a favorable climate. Daniël produces a variety of wines here, all guided by the same philosophy: 'less is more'.
Winemaker in his own words:
"It was my grandfather who decided to grow grapes instead of sugar beets. My father expanded the business with a clear vision: 'Less is more.' He firmly believed that top-quality grapes need little help to become excellent wines. Now, as the third generation at the helm, I continue his approach with full conviction.”
