“Château de Vauclaire is al sinds 1774 in het bezit van onze familie. Sinds 2013 run ik het wijnkasteel samen met mijn moeder. Zij regelt alle bedrijfszaken en ik ben verantwoordelijk voor het werk in de wijngaarden en het maken van de wijn. Hoewel wij geen bio-certificering hebben, werken we volgens de HVE-certificering. Met deze certificering worden boerenbedrijven gestimuleerd tot een milieuvriendelijke aanpak die goed is voor de omgeving en de lokale bevolking.”
