“Podere Casanova is a multi-disciplinary winery in the beating heart of Tuscany. We are located in the prestigious village of Montepulciano (not to be confused with the grape varietal Montepulciano). Not only do we produce bombastic Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Rosso di Montepulciano, but we also make fantastic supertuscans, sparkling wines, and you can even enjoy fine dining in our breathtaking vineyards. I am responsible for the entire operation, and I prioritize the preservation of nature and the Tuscan landscape. Therefore, I avoid the use of pesticides and generate clean energy with a small restored hydroelectric plant.”
