The winemaking brothers Rodrigo and Asier are bringing a fresh perspective to the legendary Spanish region of Ribera del Duero. They produce a Tempranillo that has aged for no less than 9 months in wooden barrels and is now ready to drink!
Winemaker's words:
“Our village, Gumiel de Mercado, has only 400 inhabitants, yet it attracts many tourists every year. These tourists all come for the wine, as Ribera del Duero is home to some of Spain’s most famous wines. As young winemakers surrounded by these renowned wineries, we make a point of crafting true terroir wines: less barrel aging, and more freshness and fruit.”
