About the winemaker
"At Bibo Runge, we make 'the wines of the future'. That's not just non-alcoholic wine, of course. We also make wines with alcohol, but making tasty non-alcoholic wine is a much bigger challenge. Despite not having organic certification, we actually work more than organic, with the ultimate goal of working climate-neutral. As a result, all production is manual, even the pressing we do by hand. To illustrate, our winery's annual CO2 emissions are equivalent to a return trip to New York."

Rheingau, Germany
Rheingau is one of Germany's best-known wine regions, but quite small in terms of size. Due to the steep slopes along the river Rhine, the vineyards are perfectly positioned to catch as much sun as possible. Rheingau is also where the oldest vineyard planted with Riesling can be found. This grape is one of the most popular varieties among wine lovers. Its natural acidity makes for a wide variety of wines: from a wine to start the evening to complex meal accompaniments to beautiful dessert wines. Riesling can do it all (even as a non-alcoholic wine)!

Je proeft echt dat het riesling is en dat is best bijzonder. en deze is ook niet zoet in tegenstelling tot bijna alle alc vrije wijnen
