About the winemaker
As a third-generation winemaker, I follow in the footsteps of my father and grandfather, who planted the first vines at our winery. That does not mean that everything has to stay the same; for instance, my wines are more elegant and organically certified.

Crozes-Hermitage is located in the northern Rhône Valley and was established in 1937 as an appellation centered around the famous Hermitage. The region has developed rapidly in recent years, partly thanks to a young generation of winemakers increasingly focusing on vineyard work and wines characterized by elegance and drinkability. Although Crozes-Hermitage is primarily known for red Syrah, white wines have been part of the region for centuries. Grapes such as Marsanne and Roussanne were cultivated in the northern Rhône long before appellations were officially established. On the hill of Hermitage, these white grapes were even grown on the best plots. It is therefore no wonder that, since the founding of Crozes-Hermitage, they have naturally been part of the appellation.
