About the winemaker

“I own Ferry Lacombe together with my brother and father. It is a winery in the South of France and we can call ourselves experts in making rosé, as 90% of our vineyards are built for this. In addition to my time spent in the vineyard, I also like to spend time in the kitchen with my father. We love fresh products and luckily we can get it from the locals in the village. One of my signature dishes is ratatouille, and if you scan the QR code on the bottle you will see exactly what I do it for!”

The IGP Méditerranée covers a large part of the southeastern coast of France. Most vineyards can be found in the fertile valleys where rivers split the hills and mountains. This rosé is made just a few kilometers outside the famous Provence region. The grape vines are on the same clay and slate surface that provides all Provence rosés with so many fresh tones and fruit. Wonderfully soft and fruity with a nice minerality.
