“Cava is the Spanish answer to champagne. It is made according to exactly the same process, namely with a second fermentation in the bottle. What not many people know is that cava is derived from the Spanish word for underground cellar. The cavas have to spend at least 9 months there.”

Heerlijke cava, goed bij de borrel. Valt goed in de smaak bij vrienden. Mijn voorkeur vanwege het hoge percentage bubbels.
De beste Cava die ik ooit heb geproefd! Wat een heerlijke zachte, vriendelijke bubbel die je van binnen overrompelt met blijdschap! We waren verknocht aan crément, maar deze overtreft!
