About the winemaker

“The landscape of Provence has something magical, it inspired Picasso, Cézanne and of course Van Gogh to some of their most famous works. Not that I want to compare myself to them, but when I saw the bright colours and rolling hills, it started to itch. That's how the landscape inspired me to make the most delicious rosés!”

Provence is the birthplace of rosé. In the sunny south of France, everything revolves around finesse and freshness. Thanks to the warm climate, the cooling mistral and chalky soils, the grapes ripen perfectly, while retaining a beautiful acidity. Add to that a talented winemaker like Dorothée and you get rosé with an elegant style and a characteristic, light color. In the blend you will find grapes such as Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, good for flavors of wild strawberry, citrus and Provencal herbs. Exactly the style that we love so much.
