David Mouysset

As a child, David often accompanied his father and grandfather to the vineyards. He knew that one day he would follow in their footsteps, but they encouraged him to explore other career opportunities first.

Winemaker's words:

"I studied business administration and became a manager in the supermarket sector. In 2005, I took over from my father as winemaker and restored the old family wine cellars. When you walk through my vineyards, you can smell the garrigue, which are the herbs you encounter in the wild here. Thyme, rosemary, and lavender are the scents of southern France that you recognize in this wine.”
