"Originally i’m French, but I have lived in Hungary for over 20 years now and have fallen in love with the country's rich history and indigenous grape varieties. The vineyards here in Tokaj are at their most beautiful at dawn, when the early morning mist is just lifting. This region has a unique microclimate thanks to the long and warm late summer days, the rivers and the volcanic soil of the Zemplén Mountains. Perfect for our dry hárslevelű, which tastes great with fish, such as sea bass and papillotte with green herbs.”
