"Together with my father, I started Champagne Phillipe Gamet and today the winery covers 9 hectares of vineyards. The plots consist mainly of pinot meunier (55%) and pinot noir (35%) and, of course, we have also planted chardonnay (10%) for our classic champagne blend.”
