Brother and sister Niccolo and Virginia knew from an early age that they wanted to take over their grandfather's winery. They produce pure Tuscan wines!

Winemaker's words:

“Our winery is located in a historic place. Among others, a descendant of the famous Medici family once lived here. However, we named the winery after the first traceable resident of the estate: the Adimari family. This family lived about 800 years ago on the hill where our winery now stands. You can still find the colors of their family crest in our logo: the ochre yellow of the sun and sky blue.”
