"I help wineries in the Languedoc, such as Domaines Auriol, to make the transition to organic viticulture. That is a lot of work and an expensive investment. Not only do I look for alternatives to chemical pesticides, I also look for the perfect grape varieties that will thrive in the vineyards and can flourish in the new biodiversity. Winemaker Bertrand then makes great wine from it!"
