Bordet Petit Chablis 20th Anniversary Cuvee
Winemaker Jean-François owns some of the oldest vineyards in Burgundy. Specially for our anniversary, he crafted a Petit Chablis from his higher-altitude, limestone-rich parcels. The result is a wine to enjoy (almost) every day: fresh and mineral-driven, with refined aromas of apple and candied lemon.

Chablis, France
Petit Chablis is the ideal introduction to the cooler limestone soils of Burgundy, located on the plateaus above the famous slopes of Chablis. In this area, Chardonnay reigns supreme on Portlandian limestone soils, which contain fewer fossils than the deeper layers but give the wines a remarkable freshness and accessibility; unlike Chablis, these wines are generally ready to drink at a younger age.
Although the name “Petit” may suggest otherwise, the quality of these wines is often anything but small, thanks to the combination of a harsh climate and limestone-rich soils. The result is a pure and vibrant style with aromas of green apple, citrus, and a distinctive saline minerality. It is a wine that stands out for its structure and precision, with the absence of oak aging allowing the terroir and fresh fruit character to take center stage.
