"With all of our wines, we take care of the vineyards, the terroir, a strict grape selection, a long and slow maceration, and the touch of the vintage, so that everything comes together in this wine!"

Toledo, Spain
Toledo is the capital of La Mancha and is often referred to as the cultural capital of Northern Spain. Originally, relatively little wine was produced in Toledo itself. However, it's an ideal region for winemaking, as more and more winemakers are discovering. The high elevation, moderate temperatures, and continuous sunshine make it an ideal area for producing quality wines. There are hardly any diseases in the vineyards, making organic practices almost inherent. Finca Loranque was founded in 1865, but the vineyards date back to the 11th century. The winery was revolutionary in its construction because it featured controlled temperatures, which was a significant advantage during the wine fermentation process. In 1982, the Diaz family acquired the somewhat dilapidated winery and initiated a significant renovation, while preserving the original ideals that the winery was known for. They also brought in the renowned oenologist Pablo Eguzkiza to elevate the wines to an even higher level.
