About the winemaker
“My father taught me that when making wine, you must trust both your senses and nature. That’s why I harvest and select the grapes by hand. I also work organically, as one of the few winemakers in Castilla-La Mancha. I am the fourth-generation winemaker in our family, and I hope to pass on the knowledge and craftsmanship we have gained to my son.”
