About the winemaker
In this tasting box, you’ll discover six red wines that prove red wine is also perfect for sunny days. We start with the Spätburgunder from Pfannebecker, an elegant German Pinot Noir full of juicy red fruit and a refined, light style. Next, we travel to Spain for El Mago from Encima, a lively MencÃa with fresh red fruit, subtle spice, and a wonderfully easy-drinking character. From Beaujolais comes Bien Élevé from Domaine Perol, a fruity and smooth Gamay that truly comes into its own when served lightly chilled. The Hisno Vino Noir from Gross in Slovenia brings more depth, with juicy cherries, soft spice, and a velvety texture. Next, the Bardolino from Gentili brings a true taste of Italian summer to the glass, with a light body, fresh acidity, and notes of cherries and red berries. We finish with the Vinhão from Aphros, a characterful Portuguese red wine that surprises with its vibrant fruit, fresh tension, and unique style. From light and refined to juicy and spicy: with these six bottles, you can enjoy red wine all summer long, preferably served lightly chilled.
