“At FitaPreta (black ribbon in Portuguese), sustainable viticulture and innovation are central. The best example of this is using infrared cameras to photograph our vineyards from the air to see where the grapes grow best. However, when it comes to winemaking, we do not shy away from traditional, labor-intensive, and 'old-fashioned' methods: hand-picking, careful selection, and the use of oak barrels.”
