Yvonne & Martin Männer

These two German winemakers produce wine in Baden, the warmest wine region of Germany. The climate there is comparable to the French Burgundy region, perfect for pinot noir, chardonnay, and gutedel!

Winemaker's words:

"The history of our winery dates back to the year 1624. The house initially served as a carriage house, where horses could rest after a long journey and the coachman could enjoy a good glass of the house wine. For generations, the house was owned by the Blankenhorn family, until Rosie Blankenhorn could not find a successor within her family. She passed it on to us in 2014, and since then, we have worked hard to continue the centuries-long history, which you can taste in this pinot noir.”
