About the winemaker
Say summer, and you say rosé. That’s why you’ll find two different rosés in this tasting box. We’re kicking off with the Tinhof Blaufränkisch Rosé, a super juicy, fresh rosé from Austria. With its almost crisp red fruit and zesty citrus, it’s the ideal wine for a summer aperitif. Of course, a Provence rosé simply can’t be missing. Aix-en-Provence is perhaps the most legendary region for rosé of them all. The Grande Bauquière Provence Rosé is exactly what you'd expect: full of wild strawberry, citrus, and a hint of Provençal herbs—we honestly can’t imagine a summer without it.
You’ll also find four refreshing white wines in the box. The Rinaldi Eramare Cortese is pure summer! This fresh, vibrant wine full of tension and minerality is the perfect match for fish or shellfish. You’ll also discover the Villargeau Sauvignon Blanc in the box. It’s made on the same renowned terroir as Sancerre. The chalky soil gives the wine great minerality and crisp aromas of citrus and gooseberry.
The Quinta Picouto de Cima Loureiro is another perfect summer choice. With its typical floral aromas and crisp freshness, it’s practically calling out for sunshine. Lastly, you’ll find the Jorn Nou Petit Blanc in the summer box. This rich, exciting blend scored 90/100 points from James Suckling and is perfect for a lovely summer evening.
Cheers to summer with this tasting box full of refreshing summer wines!
