Winemaker Fabrizio Vella is one of the pioneers of the Sicilian natural wine movement. His unique terroir features only indigenous grape varieties, and he does not use pesticides. You taste Sicily in its purest form!

Winemaker's words:

"As a proud Sicilian, I want to showcase how delicious my island is. For this project, I selected several vineyards that are characteristic of the region. They are located at an altitude of 350 to 450 meters, where a fresh sea breeze blows. Additionally, I age the wine in barrels made from local acacia wood. By adding very little sulfur, the wine retains more life, allowing you to taste the island even more authentically."
